Privacy Statement: does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. DentonImages, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an email to with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.


For your security, we do not store your credit card information. If you check out through Paypal Express Checkout or Google Checkout, we never even have access to your payment information.

As soon as you begin the checkout process, we use SSL certificates to secure all information until the order is complete.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

If you believe a product was shipped in error from DentonImages Webstore, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at and we will arrange for the order to be corrected at no cost to you. Note: All claims or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy:

If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include any shipping or handling fees, and orders sent with "Free Shipping" are subject to a $6 return charge to cover our costs.).

Directions for General Returns:

We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Late returns will be refused, and no credit can be issued.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card or paypal account used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.

  1. Please email stating the order number, products to be returned, and reason for return. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the correct address to mail the specific products back to.
  2. Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Any item that you receive with tags attached to it must be returned with those tags in their original, attached condition. All packages, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
  3. Please ensure the RA Number is clearly printed on the outside of the packaging. Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation.
  4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit your credit card or paypal account with the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping and handling charges. Orders sent via "Free Shipping" are subject to a $6 return fee.

Sales Tax:

Texas residents will be charged 6.75% Sales Tax.


Unless noted otherwise in the item description, all items typically ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment. If a back-ordered item or item marked "not reguarly stocked" is ordered, your order will typically ship within 1 business day of us receiving the item from the manufacturer.

Orders over $50 (before Sales Tax and Shipping Costs) to the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping. No P.O. Boxes.

Orders sent to U.S. addresses using Standard or Free shipping will ship via one of UPS Ground, 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. Shipments to International addresses will ship via either International Priority Mail or another carrier of our choice, depending upon the order size, weight and value.
